Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:
Unless otherwise noted, all online orders will be shipped via UPS. Chemicals and parts that are
in stock will ship by the next business day.

For phone orders, chemicals and parts in stock will ship by the next business day via UPS or
other shipping carrier quoted.

Local Pickup
In-store local pickup is available Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. An email or phone call will be
placed when your order is ready for pickup.

Warranties and Returns:
In the event an item has arrived to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately,
within 24-48 hours to report a damage or shortage at 770-729-7117 for a Return Authorization
number. For items sold with a factory warranty, warranty claims will follow manufacturer’s
guidelines.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Some items may be
subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Until further notice as a response to SARS-CoV-2, ALL CHEMICAL AND ACCESSORY SALES
ARE FINAL.
